Thank you for replying, but if the new App doesn’t rotate for an iPad we’ll be shopping somewhere else. We rarely see such a miscalculation in the marketplace. Time for new management or new programmers. I have this saying in business “what does it cost to loose a customer for life?” I’ll still go there in person sometimes, but you don’t alienate or make the customer experience difficult. Who at a corporate level made this decision? Multiple family member have used the Pavilion’s Delivery & Pickup App, mostly on their iPads, every week if not a couple times a week for years. No iPad View? Overall, the app is now better than Ralphs app. I can clip a coupon in the store and be reasonably sure it will be honored. The rapid coupon clipping works well and is a great feature. For many months now the app is working great. I know I gave plenty of feedback and I’m sure others did too. The haptic feedback feature slowed the app so badly that clipping became a joke. Clipping coupons went from easy to ridiculously difficult. Then it was updated a year, maybe two ago and IMO was a complete disaster… I would redeem rewards and they weren’t honored.
